With last month’s Monthly Bucket List Challenge being a success, I decided that I would continue the Monthly Bucket List Challenge and see how motivated I can get!
This month, I am focussing on things that are pretty difficult for me: looking after my health. I feel like I would LOVE to be one of those really healthy people that goes out with a bunch a friends and orders a salad. I am not that person. I am a the person that orders the heart attack burger with a side of onion rings, and before I am finished I am looking at the dessert menu.
Needless to say, I could be a bit more healthier, both in body and mind. This month’s Monthly Bucket List Challenge is my attempt at starting to look after my health:
Limiting my scope to 6 things was quite difficult! I had some alternatives that I was going to add to the Bucket List but I decided against it for various reasons. Watch for my video later this week that will explain why I chose these 6 things to focus on this month.
